By day, Shaye puts her passion for sustainability and environmental protection to good use as a publicist for TerraCycle, an innovative recycling company. Outside of her 9 to 5 job, Shaye is a freelance writer with bylines at Substream MagazineHelloFlo, Her CultureHer Campus and more. She also works on client projects in email marketing, web design, graphic design, and social media content creation.

In her role as the executive assistant and lead writer at Talent Fairy + Ed2010, Shaye helps create content and manage a community to help young professionals find their dream jobs in media. She is also the founder of createHER Collective, a community providing creative career tools and advice to young changemakers and creators.

Shaye has experience working with audio, print, photography, design, social media and video.
